We are an Alliance of experienced community research sites with distinct geographic, administrative and operational identities. We are industry colleagues linked by the desire to foster mutual growth and quality.
We Share:
-
Clinical knowledge and varied therapeutic area expertise
-
Best operational clinical and recruitment practices
-
Regular group meetings and site visits to discuss methods, challenges, and quality improvement ideas
-
Investigator expertise to serve sponsor needs for protocol development, consultation, site selection and study feedback
-
A dedicated Site Liaison to assure responsiveness to sponsors and CROs
We are not an SMO.
Each site is owned and operated independently. Confidentiality is always respected for sponsors, CROs and sites. Sponsors may select some or all sites for their study needs, as appropriate.
The Alliance sponsor relations team has reflected the group's growth and diversity. Originally only conducting psychiatry studies, our sites now have experienced specialty PIs and strong metrics in chronic pain, sleep disorders, movement and neurological disorders, Alzheimer's, addictions, pediatric psychiatry, and most recently, general medical indications such as type II diabetes and hypertension. Of course, psychiatry is still at our core with inpatient and outpatient capabilities across all major indications and phases.
To handle the business development needs of the group, we have "lead" personnel:

Bobbie Theodore, Alliance Director
Lead on psychiatry business development, lead Alliance group efforts and strategic planning
Annie Speno, Operations Manager
Lead on neurology, Alzheimer's, fibromyalgia and sleep business development; manage CRO/ sponsor database updates and administrative functions
Jeanette Caruso, Site Liaison
Lead on general medical business development, budget/contract negotiation manager, marketing materials coordinator
Don't worry about who to call for what - just keep in touch!
